Yesterday, I finally had the pleasure of experiencing my very first session in the snow! I have snapped some snowy photos of my dog playing in the shimmering white stuff, but I never had the chance to as a professional -- until now! Not only was there a lot of snow on the ground to trek through, but it was also snowing during the session. Luckily, Kelly and Joel were absolute troopers and great to work with. My fiancé Ben also braved the freezing conditions (which is impressive because his Packers were on) to hold an umbrella over my camera and held my camera bag so they did not get wet. I am so happy we decided to endure the weather because I loved how all the photographs turned out. (And we couldn't have waited too much longer because Kelly and Joel had a healthy baby boy soon after!)
